I’m Naga, an engineering leader and writer. I grew up in India, built my career in Australia, and now call the US home.

My work has spanned enterprise systems in mining, energy, and utilities, through consulting and large-scale transformations, to connected car platforms. Each industry has brought different challenges and the opportunity to work with people whose perspectives and expertise differ from my own.
The part I value most is what I’ve learned from those people. Across teams, cultures, and disciplines, our shared experiences have broadened my perspective and helped me grow as a person and a leader.

I use AI to stay organized, prepare for meetings, and turn complex information into something my team, peers, and leadership can act on.
